Order Process
To create an account, simply:
- Click on "My account" at the top right of the homepage
- Enter your email address and confirm
- You will receive a login code
- Welcome, you are now part of the Korè family!
- First check your spam/junk folder
- Look at your order history in your customer account
If your order appears in your account, it has been successfully registered. If you still have concerns, contact us at contact@koreparis.com - we will respond as soon as possible.
After your purchase, you will receive two emails: an order confirmation and a shipping notification with tracking information. Please check your spam folder, as these may be filtered there.
DELIVERY AND RETURNS PROCESS
- We provide worldwide shipping from France through our trusted partner: Colissimo.
- For your security, all packages come with a tracking number and require a signature upon delivery.
- To monitor your shipment, use the tracking number we have provided you.
- Please find our delivery timeframes below :
Europe : 3 to 5 business days
Asia and Middle East : 4 to 7 business days
Oceania : 3 to 10 business days
Africa : 4 to 8 business days
American Continent : 4 to 8 business days
Please note that some countries, including the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Canada, and the United States and others may apply customs duties in certain cases.
Pickup point delivery (Europe)
3 to 5 business days
IMPORTANT: If you choose pickup point delivery, the selection of your pickup location will be made after payment via a separate email that we will send you.
You have a legal period of 14 days from the delivery date to return your item. Beyond this period, no refund can be made.
Return conditions:
- The item must be new, unworn
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- The item must be accompanied by its proof of purchase
- The proof of purchase (or receipt) will be necessary to finalize the return
Please note: an individual item that is part of a set cannot be returned for a refund; it must be returned with the complete set.
If any of these conditions are not met, we will unfortunately be required to refuse your return request and therefore cannot proceed with its refund.
The delivery date is confirmed by your package tracking information.
Once your package is received and checked, you will be informed by email of the receipt of your item. We will confirm the acceptance of your refund or, if applicable, the reasons for a refusal.
If your refund is approved, it will be credited within 10 to 14 business days.
To ensure transaction security, the amount will be automatically credited to the payment method you used for your initial purchase. For example, if you paid by credit card, the refund will be made to the same card.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
To initiate your return, visit our dedicated platform and enter your order number and the email associated with your purchase.
Return shipping costs remain your responsibility and initial delivery charges cannot be refunded.
To ensure secure shipping of your package, we recommend:

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for the possible loss of your package during transit.
JEWELRY PROCESS
Our jewelry is created with passion between Paris and Brussels, in our partner workshops that combine traditional craftsmanship with modern techniques. We also collaborate with selected artisans in Europe, recognized for their technical expertise. All our partners respect our high quality standards and ethical commitments, guaranteeing the excellence of each Korè creation.
At Korè, we exclusively use 100% recycled gold. This recycled gold mainly comes from existing precious objects that are given a second life. After being collected, these gold jewelry and objects are meticulously refined to restore their original purity.
This precious material can come from different sources:
- Old gold jewelry and objects that are no longer in use
- Investment ingots and coins
- Jewelry production residues
- Metal waste and materials from refining processes
Recycled gold indefinitely retains its precious properties: it can be melted and transformed many times without ever losing its quality or value.
This circular approach allows us to reuse an already extracted precious resource, embodying our commitment to more sustainable jewelry.

PAYMENT PROCESS
Our site uses the secure Shopify platform for all transactions. We accept all major payment methods: credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay., Shop Pay and Bancontact. All transactions are encrypted and secure, ensuring complete protection of your banking information.
Your security is our priority. All our transactions are protected by sophisticated encryption systems, guaranteeing absolute confidentiality of your banking data.
Each payment is processed through secure channels, preventing any unauthorized use of your data by third parties. This protection is ensured by encryption systems that transform your information into undecipherable codes, readable only by your banking institution.
Warranty
All our jewelry comes with a 2-year legal warranty from the date of purchase, covering any manufacturing defects under normal use.
Not covered by the warranty:
- Accidental damage (impacts, crushing)
- Normal wear and tear of the jewelry
- Exposure to corrosive products
- Reactions due to skin acidity
- Damage related to improper use
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed by our Customer Service, the jewelry will be repaired or replaced free of charge during the warranty period.
