RETURN POLICY
You have a legal period of 14 days from the delivery date to return your item. Beyond this period, no refund can be made.
Return conditions:
- The item must be new, unworn
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- The item must be accompanied by its proof of purchase
- The proof of purchase (or receipt) will be necessary to finalize the return
Please note: an individual item that is part of a set cannot be returned for a refund; it must be returned with the complete set.
If any of these conditions are not met, we will unfortunately be required to refuse your return request and therefore cannot proceed with its refund.
The delivery date is confirmed by your package tracking information.
REFUND PROCESS
Once your package is received and checked, you will be informed by email of the receipt of your item. We will confirm the acceptance of your refund or, if applicable, the reasons for a refusal.
If your refund is approved, it will be credited within 10 to 14 business days.
To ensure transaction security, the amount will be automatically credited to the payment method you used for your initial purchase. For example, if you paid by credit card, the refund will be made to the same card.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Return shipping costs remain your responsibility and initial delivery charges cannot be refunded.
